Spark at Google is a new sales-focused entry-level program intended to attract, develop, and retain talent in GCS (Google Customer Solutions).

We were tasked with building the marketing and communication plan, along with all of the creative from the ground up.

The result? 3,370 applicants in the first two months (322% over quarterly objective), 75% of applicants passed first screening (35% over benchmark), and 5,000 page views and 4500 unique views on the landing page in 1 month.
